You can request a free micro-credential exam, be listed on the Official U.S. List of Certified & Credentialed Software Testers, access extra practice exams and exam prep resources (including ISTQB Foundation Level materials), opt into the AT*Work List of Testers for Hire, add your company to AT*Consult (if eligible), increase your Testing Tiers level, and you have up to 365 days to schedule and take your exam after voucher purchase. - Allow up to 72 hours for AT*SQA to add the micro-credential exam to your account.
- Prepare for and take your micro-credential exam online.
