How to Download Your ISTQB Certificate

If you took and passed your ISTQB exam through AT*SQA (the official exam provider of ASTQB), follow the steps below to download your ISTQB certificate.

Log in to your AT*SQA account
In your account under Manage, click My Certificates/Prerequisites
Under Certificates you will see your ISTQB and AT*SQA certificates available for download

If you are having any issues downloading your certificate, contact us.
