We’re reducing the risk. If you take either exam and don’t pass, you can retake it for just $99. This isn't "two try" insurance where you must pay the $99 upfront and "use it or lose it." You only pay the $99 for the retake if you fail the earlier exam, saving you money if you pass the exam on your first try!
How It Works
- Register for one or both exams through AT*SQA at the standard price of $249 for ISTQB Test Automation Engineering and $199 for ISTQB Test Automation Strategy.
- Purchase and take your exam between January 1, 2026 and April 15, 2026.
- If you don’t pass, contact AT*SQA support to request the $99 retake. Your retake must also be completed by April 15, 2026.
Deadline: Both your original attempt and retake must be finished by April 15, 2026.
