It's easy to do from inside your AT*SQA account.

You can now easily add your ISTQB, ASTQB, IQBBA and AT*SQA certifications to LinkedIn through your AT*SQA account. Just log in to AT*SQA, select "My Certificates" and then click the "Add to LinkedIn" button. See an example below.

There is no cost to do so. It's just one more way your ISTQB exam provider AT*SQA is helping you improve your software testing career.
